Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026 (effective the same day)
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the mobile games and apps published by Gagandeep Singh (“I”, “me”, “the developer”), including Kozimbxo (together, the “Apps”), and this website gagandeepsingh.games (the “Website”). It also explains how that information is used and the choices you have.
The short version
- You don’t need an account. I don’t ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts or photos.
- Your game progress is stored only on your device.
- The Apps show ads from Google AdMob. Google collects some device and usage information to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud.
- The Apps use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand, in aggregate, how the games are played (for example, which levels are too hard). No names or contact details are collected.
- Where the law requires it, you are asked for consent before personalized ads and analytics, and you can change your choice at any time in the game’s settings.
- This Website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts.
1. Who is responsible
The Apps and the Website are published by Gagandeep Singh, an individual developer, who is responsible for the personal information described in this policy (the “data controller”). This policy applies to every App published under the developer name “Gagandeep Singh” on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
For any privacy question or request, email support@gagandeepsingh.games.
2. Information collected by the Apps
2.1 Information you give me
The Apps don’t ask you for any personal information. If you contact me by email, I receive your email address and whatever you include in your message (for example, your device model or a screenshot). I use this only to answer you.
2.2 Game data stored on your device
Your level progress, coins, boosters, settings and privacy choices are saved locally on your device. This saved data is not sent to me (only the pseudonymous gameplay statistics described in section 2.7 are). It is kept in the App’s private storage, is not included in device backups or transfers, and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
2.3 Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Apps are free and show ads provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. The Google Mobile Ads SDK built into the Apps may collect and process the following information:
| Type of information | Examples |
|---|---|
| Device and advertising identifiers | Android advertising ID, App set ID, iOS Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA, only if you allow tracking) and Identifier for Vendors (IDFV) |
| Approximate location | Derived from your IP address (not precise GPS location) |
| Ad interactions | Ads shown, taps on ads, videos watched |
| Device and app information | Device model, operating system, language, app version |
| Diagnostics | Ad-related performance and error information |
Google uses this information to deliver ads, measure how ads perform, limit how often you see the same ad, and detect and prevent fraud and invalid ad activity. Where permitted and where you have consented, Google may also use it to show personalized ads. Otherwise, you’ll see non-personalized or limited ads.
Learn more about how Google uses this information: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
2.4 Consent management (Google User Messaging Platform)
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom or Switzerland, or in a region whose laws require it, the Apps show a consent message from Google’s User Messaging Platform before personalized ads are used. Your choice is stored on your device and shared with Google and its ad partners so they can respect it.
2.5 App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iPhone and iPad, the Apps ask for your permission before accessing your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, the IDFA is not shared, and you still see ads, which may be less relevant to you.
2.6 Crash reports
To find and fix crashes and freezes, the Apps may use Firebase Crashlytics (Google). When the App crashes, it may send a crash report containing technical information, such as the error details, device model, operating system version, app version and a random installation identifier. Crash reports do not include your name, email or game content. See Privacy and Security in Firebase.
2.7 Usage analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)
To understand how the games are played and to improve them, for example to find levels that are too hard or ads that appear too often, the Apps use Google Analytics for Firebase (Google). It may collect:
- a random app-instance identifier, and device and app information (device model, operating system, language, app version);
- approximate location (country or region), derived from your IP address;
- app interactions: sessions, levels started and completed, level results, and in-game coins spent;
- ad interactions reported by the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
Analytics data is pseudonymous: I see aggregated reports, not your name or contact details, and I can’t identify you personally. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics runs only as allowed by your consent choice (see section 2.4). Everywhere else it runs by default, and you can use the in-game privacy settings or reset your advertising ID (see section 5). See Privacy and Security in Firebase and How Google uses information from apps that use its services.
2.8 Device permissions
The Apps request only the permissions needed to show ads and connect to the internet:
- Android: Internet access, network state, and the advertising ID permission (
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID), plus related Android advertising permissions added by the Google Mobile Ads SDK. - iOS: the App Tracking Transparency prompt described in section 2.5.
The Apps do not access your precise location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files, SMS or call logs.
3. How information is used, and legal bases
| Purpose | Information | Legal basis (EEA/UK) |
|---|---|---|
| Showing non-personalized ads to keep the Apps free | Section 2.3 | Legitimate interests, and consent where required for device storage |
| Showing personalized ads | Section 2.3 | Your consent |
| Preventing fraud, cheating and invalid ad activity | Section 2.3 | Legitimate interests |
| Fixing crashes and improving stability | Section 2.6 | Legitimate interests |
| Understanding how the games are played and improving them | Section 2.7 | Your consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland); legitimate interests elsewhere |
| Answering your support emails | Section 2.1 | Legitimate interests, or taking steps at your request |
4. Sharing of information
I don’t receive your advertising data directly, I only see aggregated analytics reports, and I don’t share personal information with data brokers. Information is shared only with these service providers, for the purposes described above:
- Google LLC: AdMob advertising, User Messaging Platform, Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics (Google Privacy Policy).
- Apple Inc.: App Tracking Transparency on iOS (Apple Privacy Policy).
- Website hosting provider: delivers the pages of this Website (see section 11).
I use only service providers whose privacy policies and data protection terms provide the same or equal protection of user data as described in this policy.
I don’t sell personal information in exchange for money. However, under some US state privacy laws, allowing Google to use device identifiers for personalized ads may count as a “sale”, “sharing” or “targeted advertising”. You can opt out at any time using the in-game privacy settings or your device settings (see section 5).
I may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of users, the developer or others.
5. Your privacy choices
- In the game: open Settings → Privacy settings to review or change your ad consent choices at any time.
- Android: go to Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Security & privacy → Privacy → Ads) to delete or reset your advertising ID.
- iPhone / iPad: go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking to control whether apps may ask to track you.
- Delete game data: uninstall the App. This removes all progress stored on your device.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the EEA, the UK and some US states, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information held about you, and receive a copy of it;
- correct or delete it;
- restrict or object to its processing;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that already happened;
- opt out of targeted advertising, sharing or sale of personal information;
- not be discriminated against for using your rights;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
To make a request, email support@gagandeepsingh.games. I will respond within the time required by law, for example within one month under the GDPR, or 45 days under US state laws. I may ask for information to confirm the request is genuine.
Most information described in this policy is processed by Google or Apple, not stored by me, and I can’t identify you from your advertising or analytics data. For data held by Google, you can also use Google’s own privacy tools at myaccount.google.com.
7. Data retention and deletion
- Game data stays on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data. Either action deletes it permanently.
- Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, and deleted within 24 months at the latest. You can ask me to delete them sooner.
- Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months, then deleted automatically.
- Advertising and crash data are kept by Google according to their own retention policies. Resetting or deleting your advertising ID (see section 5) disconnects past ad data from your device.
How to request deletion: email support@gagandeepsingh.games with the subject “Data deletion request”. I will delete any personal information I hold about you, such as your support emails, within 30 days, and confirm by email. See also how to delete your data.
8. Security
The Apps use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all network communication and store game data in the App’s private storage on your device. Access to developer accounts is protected with two-step verification. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect information.
9. Children
The Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13, or under the minimum age for consent to data processing in your country (up to 16 in some EEA countries). I don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent me personal information, contact me and I will delete it promptly.
10. International transfers
Google and Apple may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. These companies use legal safeguards for such transfers, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
11. This Website
The Website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts. Its web hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address and browser type in server logs to deliver the pages and keep them secure.
Do Not Track: the Website doesn’t track visitors over time or across websites, so it responds to all visitors the same way, whether or not their browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal.
12. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time, for example when an App adds a feature or uses a new service. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Important changes will also be announced in the App or on this Website.
